Not sure if anyone has heard of this, basically a PUG system. I know we have our own system here but it seems it might be useful for things like off-peak pugs. I have tried it (about 200-300 ping for US servers, euro usually 400) and it's pretty good for getting games going. They are working out the kinks in the system ATM (things like people leaving games halfway, etc)
